A 33-year old Nelvis Garcia press conference begin at 2pm on a cloudy afternoon in front of the horrific car crash just 24 hours after the collision. Garcia was killed in a deadly car crash collision in Silver Spring Wednesday evening around 3:30pm. Nelvis Garcia was a wife, mother, daughter and her life was taken away by two cars speed racing going 60 miles per hour in a 45 speed zone on the 800 block of Randolph and Timberview. Officer P.R Starks stated that the two cars involved in the crash were a dark four-door car and a green and white mini cooper. Garcia was on her way to work at Wendy’s restaurant on New Hampshire Avenue before the collision at the 800 blocks of Randolph Road and Timberview Court, but her life was taken away within seconds after the fatal collision.
The 2pm press conference began with officer P.R Starks pleading the public to speak out if they know anything about the fatal car crash that behind a grieving husband and child. Three witnesses came forward but officer P.R Starks is looking for more witnesses to step forward.
Jorge Martinez the husband of victim Nelvis Garcia wants to preve3nt another fatal crash happening to someone else. Martinez not only wants to find who killed his wife but to protect other drivers on the road.
“I want detectives, FBI and investigators to solve this crime. I beg you to call the police department if you know anything abut my wife’s accident, said Martinez through a translator.”
Garcia leaves behind a husband of 6 years and a 4-year-old daughter. Detectives want anyone that witness the accident or know any information regarding what took place yesterday evening, to contact the Collision Reconstruction Unit at 30
